Strangers can read this, it may appear on a wall or in a book, and it stays anonymous forever. It's yours, it's true, and it names nobody else. You're 16 or over. What this means: 1. What you're giving us. You give us permission to store your note, show it to other people here, display it at events, and publish it in print, including a book, for as long as the project lasts. This permission doesn't expire and we don't pay for it. Your note may appear with its photo, the area you chose, and how many people have read it. 2. You still own it. It's your lesson. You can tell it anywhere else, any time. 3. It stays anonymous. Your name is never shown. We only hold your sign-in so you can see your own notes. 4. Small edits. We may fix an obvious typo. We won't change your meaning. 5. What you're confirming. These are your own words, this really happened to you, it names or identifies nobody else, and you are 16 or over. 6. Taking it back. You can ask us to remove your note while signed in. We'll take it off the site within 30 days and leave it out of future printings. Anything already printed can't be recalled. 7. Not advice. Notes are strangers' personal experience, not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
