Your name is never shown. Nothing is sold to anyone, and there's no advertising or tracking. What we keep - Your note, and its photo if you added one. - The area you chose, how many people have found it, and how many said it landed. - The name and email from your Google or Apple sign-in, but only if you leave a note. They are never shown to anyone and are used only to show you your own notes and to limit how many notes one person can leave. - A random code stored in your browser, so we don't show you the same note twice and so you can mark a note as one that landed. - The dates things happened. What we don't keep. No location from your phone or your connection: the area on a note is the one you picked. Photos are re-encoded and any hidden location data in them is removed before anyone sees them. Photos. No photo is published until a person has checked it. If a photo shows a face, a reflection of someone, or anything identifying, it is rejected. AI. Every note is checked automatically for harmful content. Text notes that pass go on the public wall straight away; anything the check flags, or can't assess, waits for a person to review it. That check runs through an AI service and isn't used for anything else. Who else sees it. The site is hosted on Base44, which stores the data for us. Nobody else receives it. How long. Notes are kept indefinitely; that's the point of the project. Sign-in details are kept while you have notes here, and deleted if you ask. Browser codes are removed after 12 months of inactivity.
